These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and dk89 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the dk89 website at dk89.vip, including all games, betting services, payment services, promotional offers, and support services available on the platform. Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety before registering an account or making any deposit.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on dk89, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. • You must not be accessing dk89 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.

dk89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a Player is found to have provided false age information or otherwise misrepresented their eligibility, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be forfeited.

Each Player may hold only one active account on dk89. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Registration requires a valid mobile phone number or email address and a unique password. Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

• All registration details must be accurate and current. Players must notify dk89 promptly if any registered information changes, including phone number or email address.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. dk89 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Players must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to access, navigate, or interact with the dk89 Platform.
• Each Player is permitted to register only one payment method per payment provider (e.g. one bKash number, one Nagad number). Payment accounts must be registered in the same name as the dk89 account.
• dk89 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including a national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document before processing any withdrawal above platform-defined thresholds.

Players who create duplicate accounts will have both accounts suspended. Any balances, winnings, or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at dk89's sole discretion. Players who discover they have accidentally created a second account should contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

dk89 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your dk89 wallet within two minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by third-party payment networks are outside dk89's control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-method rule exists to prevent money laundering and protect Players. Exceptions may be granted at dk89's sole discretion in writing.
• Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals above platform-defined limits are processed. Failure to provide requested identity documents within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account review.
• All funds deposited on dk89 must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity ("churning") is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• dk89 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside dk89's control and are your responsibility.

dk89 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and in any specific promotion terms published alongside each offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements (rollover conditions) must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each bonus offer is available to one account per Player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• dk89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses that a Player has already begun actively wagering.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Using bonus funds on restricted games will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may apply. Where a maximum cashout limit is stated in a promotion's terms, winnings exceeding that limit will not be transferable to the withdrawable wallet.

If dk89 determines that a Player has attempted to abuse any bonus offer — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated wagering with other accounts — dk89 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account pending review.

Players must use dk89 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the dk89 platform itself. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using any form of collusion, match-fixing information, or insider knowledge to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets available on dk89.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus, circumventing deposit limits, or evading account restrictions imposed by dk89.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes, facilitates, or conceals money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crimes.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools not explicitly approved by dk89 to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.

dk89 may use fraud detection systems and data analysis to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above will have their accounts suspended without prior notice. Balances subject to investigation will be held pending resolution. Legal action may be taken where financial crimes are involved.

dk89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment policy conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by dk89 when verification is required for withdrawal processing.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools in the account settings.
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring dk89 to restrict access, including court orders, regulatory directives, or law enforcement requests that are valid under applicable law.

dk89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount from your account settings at any time.
• Session time reminders — enable notifications that alert you after a set amount of continuous gaming time has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the dk89 platform. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using dk89.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dk89 regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account action, the Player must first contact dk89 support to allow the dispute to be resolved informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to dk89 management. All decisions made by dk89 management following a full review of the available evidence shall be final and binding.

dk89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dk89 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of dk89 after any amended Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
